How to raise your CV score
- Add a summary. Two to four sentences: your role, years of experience and strongest skill.
- Put numbers in your bullets. Percentages, money, time saved, team size, volume.
- Start bullets with verbs. Led, built, delivered, reduced, negotiated.
- Mirror the job ad. Use its exact skill and tool names wherever they are true of you.
- Cut old roles. Anything past roughly ten years can shrink to a single line.
